Order is one of the needs of life which, when it is satisfied, produces a real happiness.
Following a system in place for daily or weekly stuff helps me to be self-efficient and productive. I was not born organised myself, I just developed and currently improving some habit to make my life in order.
In this blog, I am going to share with you my easy and simple ways that I do to get my life in order.
WRITING THINGS DOWN
In my opinion, to remember things, I have to write them on a piece of paper, I even write notes on my palm. I jot down everything, from a grocery list, holiday gifts, important meetings and I started recording birthdays of special people in my life (I am so bad at remembering birthdays).
I do use an app journal called Happiness Planner to write everything I need and it is very convenient to use as it is on your mobile phone. I also keep a few notepads for everything I need.

MAKE SCHEDULES AND DEADLINES
If I am motivated, I never missed making and recording schedules. I make sure to finish those tasks on or before the deadline. This system makes me more motivated and productive.

DO NOT PROCRASTINATE
I have noticed that whenever I delay a task, it is more difficult for me to get it done, that is why I try to be organized as I can be. Read my blog here about my tips and tricks to avoid procrastination.
GIVE EVERYTHING A HOME AND KNOW WHERE TO DISCARD ITEMS
My wife and I are renting a tiny studio flat with a minimum storage. We try our best to be organized as we can be, especially in the kitchen. I made easy-to-access storage spaces for things that we use all the time. We try not to let our storage spaces and kitchen surface get cluttered. We keep our stuff as minimal as possible. As per discarding some stuff, we either sell them, donate to charity as long as they are in good condition or bin them.

DECLUTTER REGULARLY AND KEEP ONLY WHAT YOU NEED
I try to find time each week to organize our tiny studio flat. Unorganized storage and cluttered surfaces make me crazy and angry (I know, there is something wrong with me). I make it a habit to reorganize cupboards and clear surfaces continuously and consistently. It is very obvious that the more stuff you have means more clutter and that stressing me out. We only keep or buy stuff that we need.
Some people think that it is hard to be organized at all times, but I am telling you that you can learn to be one. You just need to develop a habit of planning things, writing things down, getting rid of the unnecessary and organizing the things that only matters and keeping stuff that makes you happy. To have a blissful life you need to have a clear and clutter-free space and this is how I keep my life in order. Thank you very much for taking the time to read my blog, until the next one.
Lots of Love,
Rainne
