Happiness is a cycle, happy people have happy habits, which make them happy in general and they make their environment happy too. I always believe that happiness doesn’t happen by chance, it is by choice. It is a special skill that anyone can cultivate with the right habits.
Here are my 100 Habits that I do myself to make my life happier:
- Make your bed first as soon as you get up.
- Start the day with a positive affirmation.
- Write your to-do list for the day.
- Enjoy and savour your first coffee of the day.
- Meditate.
- Clean your bedroom.
- Declutter- get rid of the stuff you don’t use.
- Listen to your favourite music.
- Take your vitamins and supplements.
- Set a financial goal.
- Save for emergency.
- Make a monthly or weekly budget.
- Have a savings account.
- Don’t talk bad about your colleagues.
